Ibet provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. ibet's maximum liability to any player is limited to the active balance in that player's account at the time the claim is made.
Ibet is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the ibet platform, including:
All content on the ibet platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, game software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of ibet or our licensed providers. This content is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws.
Players may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or use any ibet content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ibet management. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ibet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the player and ibet's management team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
